System overview

The intelligent blood collection management system includes four subsystems: queuing and calling system, test tube automatic labeling system, test tube automatic conveying system and test tube automatic sorting system. Each subsystem can be combined or used alone. The system is mainly used in hospital outpatient, physical examination center and other places where blood collection is concentrated.

Subsystem introduction

1. Queuing system

The queuing system can achieve seamless connection with the hospital lis, read the medical card to obtain the patient and doctor's order information, check the test items to confirm the payment, and then enter the queuing sequence. The patients wait in the waiting area for blood collection window to call for blood collection.

The system includes queuing number machine, waiting room display screen, blood collection window calling software and voice broadcast system.

2. Auto Tube Labeller

"Auto Tube Labeller" is an automatic and accurate labeling device for test tube labels. The system is placed in the blood collection window and connected with the queuing system. When patients collect blood, they swipe the card to check the patient's identity. After checking correctly, they automatically paste all the test tubes needed for blood collection for nurses to collect blood.
